Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate is an expert in sourcing for qualified leads for multiple US Job Openings; Shall have the ability to determine a candidate's potential via paper screening and available profile information in Job Boards; Should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates;
Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current and for future open positions.
Qualify or reject candidates based on resume reviews
Drive interest and effectively communicate with prospective leads who are currently employed / are not seeking employment but have high potential and can greatly add value to SupportNinja
Advocate SupportNinja's Culture and Core Values; 1.) Always Be Humble, 2.) Improve Everyday, 3.) Collectively Bring Joy, 4.) Employee Focus, and 5.) Compassionate Candor
Schedule Candidates with Recruiters for Initial Interviews
Manage ATS, Company Job Boards and Sourcing Channels (Company Careers Page, Social Media, LinkedIn and other Job Boards)
Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience sourcing for US Based hiring roles
Strong lead generation / candidate sourcing experience in both active recruiting (candidate hunting) and passive recruiting (working with candidates from job ad applications)
BPO volume recruitment experience highly desired
RPO experience is a plus
Experience in using G-Suite, Slack, and LinkedIn Talent Solutions
High-energy and passion; Hungry for growth and can work and effectively move in a Company that is in Hyper-growth Phase
Must be open to working in the Night Shift; 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
