Flawless Execution of Transfer Processes - Preparation, communication and implementation of expat compensation packages in line with the applicable policies, guidelines and processes. He/she counsels and supports the Assignee/Transferee in all questions around the applicable mobility policy as well as the mobility processes and service. In addition, he/she is the main contact for all involved parties to ensure supportive, efficient and smooth services. The Global Mobility Specialist will ensure a consistent application and execution of Nestl 's Global Mobility policies. For any local specialties, he/she works closely together with the respective local parties involved. All transfer-related documents are prepared at the highest quality and stored as described in the different processes' check lists. Key contact for the expatriate and the markets throughout the expatriate lifecycle: ensuring flawless coordination of all types of international mobility processes, coordinates and tracks all services during the entire assignment life cycle and keep all parties proactively about status informed. Working in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders : ex. vendors, local teams. Respectful and trusted partnership with all stakeholders and providers participating in the international mobility process to ensure efficiency throughout the international mobility process. Act as a point of escalation. Act as project manager or contributor to continuous improvement projects, deployment of new systems, processes, integration of new vendors or implementation of policies. What will make you successful... 1. University Degree level education or equivalent 2. 5+ years experience in Global Mobility either in a large corporation with progressive people practices and/or a consulting company 3. Experience with KPIs (Creation and use of metrics) 4. Profound knowledge in all fields of Mobility Management including compensation, International Labor Law, Social Security, Tax and Immigration Regulations as well as processes and procedures 5. Experience interfacing in a professional manner with top level executives. Experience in client relationship in a multicultural environment. 6.
