KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Work with Subject Matter Experts in identifying training needs
-Conceptualize the instructional goals and create content adherent to goals
-Develop course training session outline and storyboards
-Work with the Graphic Designer in doing eLearning content production
-Facilitate review and validation of Subject -Matter Experts on the course being developed
-Manage project from start to end and provide updates to project's key stakeholders
-Provide consultancy and support to subsidiaries under the company
-Maintain relationship with provider(s) and subsidiaries
COMPETENCIES:
-Has a basic skill level in the following applications:
-Adobe Captivate
-Adobe Photoshop
-Adobe Audition
-Adobe Premiere or other video editing application
-3 - 5 years' experience in instructional design for eLearning
-Has an intermediate or advance skill level in technical/script-/copy writing
-Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken modes of communication
-Possess project management skills to identify, track and estimate duration of project tasks
-Strong command of the English Language; ability to speak 1 additional language (Spanish or French) is
an advantage
-Highly organized and with strong analytical skills
-Detail-oriented
-Has good presentation skills
-Autonomy, pro-activity, creativity, dynamism, innovation
-Strong analytical skills
-Strong computer skills is required - MS -Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
