Job Description Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategy of the GE Healthcare People Operations organization within the Global Initiatives team matters across the Intercontinental region (Latin America AKA Japan India and South Asia). This team will play a critical role in the creation, stabilization, and transformation of the newly created People Operations organization. The successful candidate will bring to the role strong project management skills, subject matter expertise of functional processes and products, with the desire to grow and learn in new areas. Scope of work includes but not limited to migrations, M&A integrations/dispositions, re-orgs, NPI rollouts, standardisation, simplification, tools and systems, 3rd party partner implementations.

What you'll do
Project Management
Define and implement programs delivering People Operations strategic initiatives across regions/country(s).
Lead and deliver on cross-functional transformation projects focused on supporting key operational priorities and enabling the build of organizational efficiencies.
Partner with stakeholders to deploy relevant change management and communication plans.
Scope of work includes but not limited to migrations, M&A integrations/dispositions, re-orgs, NPI rollouts, process standards, simplification, tools and systems, 3rd party partner implementations.
Product Deployment
Drive regional planning and implementation of products and services, and adherence to associated policies, processes, and standards/
Develop control metrics and KPIs to reflect customer requirements and assess process efficiency/compliance
Service Excellence
Lead the Service Excellence strategy across the region, including the service philosophy, with a consistent service management approach.
Define and deliver strategy for a metrics-focused organization.
Partner with Products, Channel & Regional Ops team to drive regional content strategy, SOPs, ensuring regional and local functional requirements are defined and implemented
Partner with colleagues and customers to ensure a strategy of continuous improvement
M&A Implementation
Partner with cross functional teams and wing-to-wing internal operational and support teams for M&A transitions including acquisitions, dispositions, or business reorgs where there is pay and benefits impact
Educate business employees on Pay & Benefits impact of acquisitions or dispositions
What you need to have
Fluency in local language and/or English knowledge both verbal and written.
(US)Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant work experience). All candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a project management/process improvement/quality role.

Prior GE Experience
Lean / Six Sigma
Project management/audit experience in a complex, service-oriented environment
Experience HR Operations/Lifecycle service-oriented environment or related work experience
Solid interpersonal skills: ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Experience establishing and maintaining customer and supplier relationships
Supportive team player with a drive to create a positive work environment
Passion for continuous process improvement and simplification
Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing across all levels within the organization
Proficiency in HR systems (ex. Workday) and technologies
Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
