POSITION TITLE: Global Leadership Development Senior Manager - Delivery
REPORTS TO: Global Leadership Development Director - Delivery
The GLD Delivery Senior Manager is responsible for implementing and driving successful training program delivery through leading and managing a team of leadership development Sr. Trainers. This position actively and effectively models engagement with both Learning & Leadership Development counterparts and operational partners through effective communication skills. During the management of global training initiatives, the GLD Senior Manager continually conducts needs analysis through the assessment of current training programs and provides feedback to assist in the development of a comprehensive training delivery strategy. The GLD Delivery Senior Manager provides consultancy for operational partners through the implementation of Training Needs Analysis techniques, development of content, execution and post-implementation measurement of initiatives.
A strong developmental capability is necessary for GLD team development through the creation and management of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for direct reports. The IDPs will encompass global objectives, tasks and outcomes for training. This position also requires a comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles to ensure the application of effective training through observation sessions with both direct reports and assigned program Sr. Trainers in the field.
The position has assigned tasks which encompass the following components:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
10%  Facilitation of Leadership Training for Managers: Manager 101, Manager 201, Performance Management, Management Essentials, etc.
20%  Observes, develops and manages execution of global initiatives related to Leadership Development such as internal GLD Calibrations & Coaching Evolution Calibrations.
15%  Conducts & documents one-on-ones with direct reports, and performance management related activities (performance reviews, coaching, action plans).
30%  Monitors and supports operational engagement activities  Meets with program owners to cultivate & build relationships  Performs operational needs assessments  Develops ad-hoc leadership development initiatives  Follows through the execution of initiatives  Performance post-implementation measurements  Markets initiatives for larger escalability
15%  Conducts GLD Sr. Trainer observation sessions and provides feedback for internal team members and program assigned training partners
10%  GLD program activities related to training delivery ramp/completion plans  Partnering with operations for maintenance activities, providing updates and schedule escalations if needed
As Needed  Other ad hoc tasks assigned by GLD leadership  Supports GLD development cycle through needs analysis, material development
Weekly  Project manges global initiatives and leadership development solutions developed for partners  Sr. Trainer observation report - Minimum 1 per month per trainer  Program Ramp Plan - Updates, maintenance and escalations if needed  Meetings: Delivery Leadership Team Meetings Team Meeting with direct reports 1on1's with Sr. Trainers 1on1 with Director
Monthly  Training Activity Summary - Tracking summary per program to include class completions, challenges and success. To be submitted to GLD Leadership and Ops PD  Trainer Monthly Scorecards  Training Gaps Report - Based on observation sessions and PES Review. To include suggestions to address gaps.  Facilitates Leadership Training as needed (Manager 101, 201, Management Essentials, Performance Management, etc)  Meetings: Ops Program Director Meeting
Quarterly  Quarterly goal report and alignment  IDPs for Sr. Trainers
Annual  Conduct 360 Feedback reviews of direct reports (bi-annually)  Annual Performance Review with Sr. Trainers (bi-annually)  Annual Performance Goals with Sr. Trainers (bi-annually)  Design, manage and direct ad hoc leadership develop projects
