This position is responsible for finance General Ledger & Fixed Asset Accounting. Your essential responsibilities:
Conduct monthly closing and financial reporting by the deadline
Complete ENCORE and other management reports on a timely basis
Review department expense application and monitor the MRO budget
Prepare monthly management reports
Provide accounting analysis to support process optimization
Fixed Asset management including CIP monitoring & closure, CAR monitoring & status update, annual FA count
Responsible for PR review & approval (check vs budget vs forecast)
Lead person in the plant for reconciliation with forwarders & suppliers
Responsible for Internal Control (including SOD & UAR compliance, develop work instructions & policies/procedures)
Prepare supporting documents and coordinate with the fiscal team for expense payment to overseas entities
Review accounting process and SOP to improve work efficiency
Provide expense analysis to support cost out activities
Review monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation (BSR)
Lead the team in the implementation & completion of the annual Control Self Check Program
Lead the team in the annual Fixed Asset Count activity
If you have/are:
Bachelor's degree major in accounting, preferably CPA
At least 5 years finance working experience in General Accounting, CAPEX & Internal Control
Manufacturing industry experience
Prefer to have cross-function experience on Fixed Assets, costing, tax, etc.
Familiar with US GAAP
Proficient in Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Familiar SAP and Oracle finance operation
English ability on both oral and writing
