Job Responsibilities
Daily monitoring/physical count of liquids and raw materials;
Monitoring of daily transfer, receipt, and endorsement of raw materials;
Collect reports: pouring, add-on, micro, macro, hand tip, pay loader, forklift from production;
Collect receiving report and daily inventory from warehouseman for proper monitoring of raw materials;
Conduct month-end inventory of all raw materials, liquids, and reprocessibles;
Reconcile actual vs. theoretical data;
Coordinate and secure weekly allocation from San Miguel.
Job Qualifications
Candidate must be a BS in Accountancy, Accounting Tech or Management Accounting graduate;
Preferably with 3 years of solid background in Warehousing, Inventory and Cost Accounting;
Must possess strong analytical and excellent communication skills, keen to details, result-oriented and a self-starter.
