Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary is up to P35, 000 (Depending on BPO Experience)
Bigger Basic Pay+ Skills Premium Pay
HMO on day 1 for employee + up to 5 dependents
Quarterly Appraisals & Monthly Performance Incentives
Up to 30 Days Paid Leaves with up to 21 Days convertible to cash Non-taxable meal and transportation allowance
Night differential
Group Life Insurance north
Onsite clinic and free emergency medicine
Wellness programs
Qualifications:
At least 18 years old
At least a high school / Senior high school graduate
Good English communication and interaction skills
BPO experience is preferred but not required
Amenable to shifting schedule
