Customer Service Representatives handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. In addition to assisting consumers with returns, upgrades, and purchases, they frequently offer guidance and technical support. Qualifications:
Excellent communication skill is a must.
Has good customer service orientation.
Has good communication and interpersonal skill.
Has good analytical skill.
Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing.
With at least 1 year call center experience.
Willing to work onsite.
