-Promptly responding to phone and email queries.
-Inquiries that you are unable to respond to should be forwarded to your line manager.
-Giving information on members' advantages to patients and healthcare professionals.
-If covered, granting pre-authorizations for medical treatment.
-Notifying participants of unpaid co-payments.
-Supplying information on network providers to current and potential members.
-Canceling members' plans at their request or if your line manager so directs owing to persistent non-payment.
-Ensuring that your workspace is organized and that you have access to all necessary resources.

Qualifications:
-Work on Site
