Job Description : Position Title: German-Speaking Sales Appointment Setter
Work Set-up: Work On-site
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Dresden Time
Salary: Php 50,000.00 - Php 60,000.00
Sign-on Bonus: None

Our client focuses on providing information about capital and tangible investments as part of private retirement provision. The main investment areas are securities, insurance, investments, precious metals and real estate. The company also informs investors about government subsidies. They have in-depth specialist knowledge and experience in the areas of finance, taxes and inflation and provide long-term support to investors with high quality standards.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SALES APPOINTMENT SETTER - GERMAN SPEAKING
Your Responsibilities as Sales Appointment Setter - German Speaking would be:
Outbound Calls: Generate a robust sales pipeline by conducting outbound activities such as cold calling, using pre-defined call scripts.
Inbound Engagement: Engage with inbound leads daily and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
Build relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to more opportunities for business.
Work with the management team to develop and grow the leads pipeline to consistently meet daily goals.
Achieve the monthly quota of sales targets - 200 Outbound Calls per day and 2 confirmed appointments per day.
KPI Tracking: Keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs) on a daily basis, including the number of calls made and other relevant metrics.
Data Management: Maintain and update prospect information in CRM databases.
Manage a list of prospective customers and record actions.
You will be in constant contact with the trainer to submit conversations for review.
You will be expected to track your numbers and submit them daily.
The Client will provide trainings and all setters are expected to participate.
Qualifications as a Sales Appointment Setter - German Speaking:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of hands-on Appointment Setter experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calling, etc) OR as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in business development within a fast-moving, sales-driven organization.
Must be fluent in German & English. Articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skills.
Can-do attitude, highly organized, and evidence of a strong work ethic - going beyond "NO's."
Strong outbound skills, including cold calling and cold emailing, are essential for success in this role.
Excellent phone etiquette.
Willing to make up to 200 calls a day.
Ability to establish solid relation basis.
Willing to follow online training sessions.
Able to self-study to understand our industry better.
The results-driven mindset with a proven ability to maintain successful relationships.
Skilled communicator and a superb listener.
Ability to work well within a team.
