Job Responsibilities:
Manage and implement nursing care for our residents
Manage complex chronic illness.
Consult and collaborate with physicians, head nurse and other professionals.
Plan the Nursing Care (Nursing Care Plan)
Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological and spiritual support to patients and families
Resolve patients problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
Prepare nursing care documents
Delegate caregiver team for all care giving activities
Take over other duties that might be assigned to you from time to time. We are a small facility and all need to help each other

Job Qualification:
Professional Requirements
Applicant must be a REGISTERED NURSE
Graduate of BS-Nursing
With at least 1 year experience
Personal Requirements
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Good verbal and written English skills
Good organizational skills
Good judgment and the ability to make decisions quickly in stressful situations
Patient, friendly, understanding and a caring attitude
Flexible and enthusiastic personality
The ability to lead and work co-operatively with others

Work Requirements
Applicant must be willing to work in shifting hours (nightshift)
48 hours week, 4 days a week (12 hour shifts)
Willing to work on weekends and holidays;
Able to cope to stressful situations
