We are searching a Registered Nurse for immediate hiring. Join our young and dynamic team and work in the new sunrise industry of the Philippines!
We, RainTree Care Services & Senior Residences operate the first fully serviced seniors residence for Filipinos in the Philippines. Our residence"Bahay Dona Rosario" is located in a peaceful community in Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Our Registered Nursespromotes and restores our residents health by completing the nursing process. This includes the proper medical treatment, administering of medication, assistance in physical therapy and bed bath and other care activities. Another primary task is the physical and psychological support of our residents.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage and implement nursing care for our residents
Manage complex chronic illness.
Consult and collaborate with physicians, head nurse, and other professionals.
Plan the Nursing Care (Nursing Care Plan)
Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological and spiritual support to patients and families
Resolve patient's problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
Prepare nursing care documents
Delegate caregiver team for all caregiving activities
Take over other duties that might be assigned to you from time to time. We are a small facility and all need to help each other

Professional Requirements
Applicant must be a REGISTERED NURSE
Graduate of BS-Nursing
With at least 1 year of experience
