DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Use the client's drawing templates to maintain a cohesive appearance
● Draft: Topographic, SDOT, ALTA, Land Use, and Exhibit drawings as assigned
● Manage time to ensure project deadlines are achieved
● Draft survey data and/or review drawings produced by colleagues
● Existing surface creation in CAD to depict an accurate representation of field conditions
● Process and edit line work, figures, and surface models
● Interpret record documents and accurately represent them in a CAD environment
● Drafting of exhibits and the preparation of legal descriptions
 
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
● Candidate may be a graduate of College/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any
relevant field
● Must have at least 5 years of experience specifically in Land Surveying, and computing
boundaries.
● Experience with Leica Total Stations is an advantage.
● Working knowledge of Carlson Survey (CAD), Autodesk/Civil3D, Leica, and standard
surveying procedures and processes is an advantage.
● Must be willing to work office based 1Nito Tower, Cebu City.
