Job Description
Assess all technician's skills, identify areas of improvement.
Work with the PG team to transfer skills, knowledge to all technicians. (Electrical & Mechanical) all technician assessments to be documented
Work with the PG inspection team to advise and train them to a high standard
Assess all Equipment, PM's and Planned overhaul to ensure they are appropriate and recommend and oversee any changes / Improvements Required
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
At least 10 years' verifiable experience as a qualified field technician.
Qualification or background as technical trainer would be an advantage.
Preferred, Cummins OEM trained with all qualifications and Certifications such as the following; Genset Synchronization (Cummins DMC/PCC 3300, 2100, 1302, 1301,3201,2300) - HMI (220, 211, PSO 500, PSO 600,320) INSITE and INPOWER tools Trained Use of
