Job Role
Work as a General VA
Can create brochure/flyer
Collect testimonials and put it together
Calendar management
Email management
Lead generation from prospecting up to sending draft email proposal
Do the LinkedIn tree
Build up Community on LinkedIn
Follow up on LinkedIn connection invites and grow Followers
Help and assist in all Social Media Platforms
Create a Mastermind Class Webinar deck via Canva
Create content and graphics for Social Media Platforms via Canva
Post and Re purpose content posts on all Social Media Platforms
Requirements
2 yrs of General Virtual Assistance
MS Office / Spreadsheet
Has 2 yrs of experience in graphics and design
Has 2 yrs experience in video editing
Has good English communication skills (written and oral)
Has 2 yrs of experience in Social Media Management
Work From Home Requirements
At least 10mbps internet connection
Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
Headset with mic
Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring
No background noise during work hours
Must not be currently employed full time
