Job Role
Create and Send quotations manually
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls/emails (online)
Lead generation from prospecting to appointment setting
Data management
Email Management
Provide basic and accurate information via phone/email (online)
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Assist in filling forms and documentation
Assist in Customer Service queries like Insurance etc.

Requirements
Has more than 1 year of work experience at a Freight forwarding company, Logistics and/or Freight / Shipping
Willing to be trained (Training provided by the company)
At least 1-year Experience with Australian business and culture
At least 1-year year of Experience using Excel/Word
Willing to be trained (Training provided by the company)
At least 1-year of Experience doing Lead generation
Work From Home Requirements
At least 10mbps internet connection
Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
Headset with mic
Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring
No background noise during work hours
Must not be currently employed full time
