GENERAL TRADE SALES SUPERVISOR
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
The position is responsible for monitoring the activities of the distributors and seeing to it that the distributors and organic team of van salesman comply with the requirements set by the company. He will also develop strategic & tactical plans to augment distributors' sales.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Must have at least 3 years of Sales Supervisory role and selling experience specializing general trade accounts and other channel of distribution
Knows how to drive (with valid Driver's License RC 1 2)
Able to demonstrate innovation and good judgment; has sufficient problem-solving and decision-making skills
Works well under pressure, has professional conduct, and with good communication skills
Willing to work and travel within Cebu Province
