Job description
. Manage the overall Preventive Maintenance of the plant ( pro-active, preventive, and reactive maintenance)
. Establish/Improve Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Work instructions, PM procedures, Plan of Reference (POR).
. Identify operational priorities by assessing operational objective in terms of performance efficiency, cost savings, energy conservation, operator convenience, safety, supply quality and costs.
. Develop/Create appropriate Scope of Work (SOW) for different PM activities that is to be outsource.
. Respond to emergencies and investigate the root cause of failure with problem solving tools like in 7QC and 8D. Identify the excursion and provides improvement, lesson learnt as part of preventive actions.
. Propose projects related to PM for the overall plant improvement.
. Provide and execute continuous cost saving projects in operational and maintenance cost of the plant.
. Develop the Annual Operation Plan (AOP).
. Document control: daily checklist, preventive maintenance checklist, HIRAC,FMEA, control plan, One Point Lesson (OPL), incident reports, cost saving reports and etc.
. Manage outsource personnel and ensure appropriate manning of PM activities.
. Work with cross functional team to develop team work within department.
Profile
. Degree in mechanical engineering.
. PME license holder with min 10 years working experience in Facilities Operation and Maintenance gained in a semiconductor company or related industry.
. Strong background in power substation, UPS, Chillers, Vacuum pumps, Super Insulated Vacuum Line for LN2, and compressed dry air systems, clean room operations and the like.
. Knowledgeable in CMMS, Thermography, Vibration monitoring, condition base PM and the like.
. Knowledgeable in Energy Management System ( ISO 50001) and other ISO standards.
. Knowledgeable to Facility related regulatory requirements such as PEZA,DOLE, BFP, DENR and the like
. Excellent communication skills and team work.
. Good technical report writing and presentation skill.
. Good organizational skills, good in Microsoft Office (Words, Powerpoint, Power BI, autocad and etc).
. Self-motivated and able to work with ambiguity, be highly independent and willing to take initiative, challenge and responsibilities.
