The Ancestors Realty, Inc. (TARI) is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our operations in Mandaue City, Cebu. This pivotal leadership role will be responsible for overseeing business operations, developing growth strategies, and ensuring the company's success in the real estate market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve short-term and long-term company goals.
Manage all aspects of daily operations, including sales, marketing, property management, and client services.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing direction, mentorship and support.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal company policies.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and manage expenses effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and community partners.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role or in real estate management, or in a related field with a
proven track record of success.
Strong knowledge of business operations, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Excellent financial management and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and decision-making abilities.
Bachelor' s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Demonstrated a strong sense of commitment to honesty, integrity, and ethical conduct.
