JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
* Check the flow of the operation of all Tokyo Glam branches
* Check the deliverables of all the employees
* Give solutions to any problem of the Salon including the complaint from the clients.
* Check the Instagram and Facebook and Email Account
* Handle all the concerns of every employees
* Implement memo and rules of the company with the CEO approval
* Enhance the sales of the company
* Handle all the Staff before and after the operation
* Handle and monitoring the training sessions
* Handle PR and schedules of the celebrities
* Cooperate with Tokyo Glam’s Media Directors
* Check the tally of all X-Deals together with the celebrity signatures
* Assist the CEO with the hiring of new employees
* Check the plot schedules daily to ensure that smooth appointments flow
* Report to the CEO daily about the flow of the operation
* Check the deliverables of the PR with screenshot evidence of posting with service slip
