4. Job Summary: Oversee all aspects of integrated resort operations to maximize profitability, visitor numbers, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement year-round. Manage strategic planning, budgeting, revenue streams, resource allocation and product quality assurance.

5.1.1. Set and monitor KPIs to track progress of resort expansion goals
 
5.2. Marketing & Visitation
5.2.1. Approve recruiting aligned with seasonal/project needs
5.2.2. Monitor visitation goals and performance of on-site amenities
 
5.3. Resource Management
5.3.1. Approve hiring based on staffing needs within allocated budgets
5.3.2. Interview department heads and senior leadership
 
5.4. Guest Satisfaction
5.4.1. Ensure staff is trained for seamless & excellent customer experiences across facilities
5.4.2. Oversee handling of complex complaints involving multiple areas
5.4.3. Maintain positive feedback on review platforms
 
5.5. Facility Management
5.5.1. Monitor capital projects and maintenance of resort properties
5.5.2. Ensure quality and compliance standards for amenities and infrastructure
