GENERAL MANAGER
Salary: PHP 90,000 a month
Qualifications:
Graduate of a 4 year course related to management
Prior experience in management and general operations preferably in the Hospitality industry
Excellent communication skills
Superior knowledge of business functions
Exceptional budgeting, and finance skills
Strong leadership qualities
Results oriented
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good motivational skills
Ability to work under pressure graciously
Ability to project a positive and professional image
Responsibilities:
Communicating business goals, evaluating & improving operations as well as financial performance
Direct & coordinate business operations & provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, business operations issues, customer complaints, loss of business to competitors)
Responsible for setting, implementing, enforcing & improving Club policies & processes.
Set strategic directions & plans for the Club to ensure sustainability & meet business objectives.
Allocate budget resources, manage operational costs, & monitor financial activities
Manage & improve administrative, logistical, facilities, human resources, and accounting services to support company operations
Consolidate, make and present cost, financial, employee & other reports to the BOD.
