Description
Reporting to the President/CEO, he/she will be responsible for the operations of a 150-room hotel located in Northern Luzon. He/she will have profit & loss responsibility. Candidate will oversee the daily operations of the different department heads. He/she will help generate an annual business plan which includes development of sales & marketing plans, setting of revenue targets, operational & capital expenditure analysis. He/she shall oversee proper control of expenses through daily monitoring of hotel performance & implementation of cost-saving measures.
