The Role:
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Manage portfolio of complex initiatives
• Coordinate resources/ activities across organizations to facilitate execution of projects
• Ensure all activities are executed on- time and within the scope by tracking the project and task progress
• Manager changes to project scope, project schedule and project costs
• Manage the relationship between team members and stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize the project risk
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
The Requirements:
• Bachelor / Master's Degree in Information Technology or related courses
• Minimum 5 years' experience in managing IT projects
• Experience in the Bank & Finance sector is a must
• Solid project management skills with strong organization, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
• Experience in managing complex IT project using different methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum
• Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget close
• Experience managing contract proposals, negotiation and vendors
• Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies
• Ability to build bridges between the business and the technology sides
• Craft project plan with a clear planning and deliverables
• Team buidling skills with technical and non-technical staff
