· Monitor daily operations
· Create company objectives and targets and ensure these are yearly met
· Implement business strategies and improve administrative processes
· Identify business opportunities
· Ensure the overall delivery and quality of our services and products
· Manage operational costs
· Directly manage and train Functional Managers
· Develop key performance goals; evaluate performance and productivity
· Work closely with the CFO in formulating budgets.
· Work closely with HR Head in hiring key personnel and formulating Company Policies
· Responsible in the over-all business success of the Company
· Regularly report key results to Company Officers and Directors

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
5 years of experience
