• Monitor daily operations
• Create company objectives and targets and ensure these are yearly met
• Implement business strategies and improve administrative processes
• Identify business opportunities
• Ensure the overall delivery and quality of our services and products
• Manage operational costs
• Directly manage and train Functional Managers
• Develop key performance goals; evaluate performance and productivity
• Work closely with the CFO in formulating budgets.
• Work closely with HR Head in hiring key personnel and formulating Company Policies
• Responsible in the over-all business success of the Company
• Regularly report key results to Company Officers and Directors
