Formulates creative strategies and innovative solutions to promote customer satisfaction with the company's products and services and to establish the NPI and AUTOHUB brands in the automotive industry
Provides value adding inputs to appropriately address bottlenecks in operations, sustain high level of company performance and establish its credibility and leadership in the automotive industry
Introduces work process improvements to promote operational efficiency and formulates/ modifies/ recommends policies in response to business requirements
Undertakes in-depth analysis of company performance to identify causes of performance gaps and/or issues and concerns affecting operations and formulates/recommends and implements the appropriate courses of action or strategies to address them
Elevates to EXEXOM and/or the President operational areas which require management support, intervention and/or decision
Submits consolidated report on company performances to the President copy furnish CPD and reports/presents company performance highlights and analysis to EXECOM and/or the President
Ensures the proper and timely implementation and monitoring of projects /programs and decisions by MANCOM and/or EXECOM
Institutes appropriate mechanisms to enable the company to meet the requirements and standards of NPI on car dealerships.
Administration
Oversees the day to day operation of the company.
Ensures that the activities and documentations under the Performance Management System (PMS are strictly complied with by the company in accordance with the prescribed guidelines:
Performance Planning
Oversees the conduct of performance planning at all levels of the company;
Directs the strategies/operational planning process and the preparation/submission of the company's Strategic/Operational Plan and Budget to the President for approval;
Reviews/approves the Performance Commitment Plans (PCPs) of immediate subordinates and ensures the submission of PCPs by all company personnel on set deadline; and
Ensures that performance standards are properly calibrated company-wide
Performance Monitoring
Keeps track of the timely implementation of the company's Plan and Budget through Monthly Performance reviews
Conducts regular supervisory sessions /feedbacking/consultation session with immediate subordinates and ensures that these are documented and agreements are carried out as scheduled
Conducts monthly review of operational and financial performance of the company;
Directs all company personnel to submit their individual Monthly Accomplishment Reports copy furnished company POD and all unit Heads to submit their Unit Monthly Accomplishment Report copy CPD;
Submits company Monthly Accomplishments Reports
Report to the President copy furnished CPD;
Initiates / recommends corrective actions/remedial measures/appropriate interventions o address performance gaps and bottlenecks in company operations
Performance Evaluation
Conducts performance evaluation to immediate subordinates;
Oversees the timely submission of accomplished Performance Evaluation Forms (PEFs) of company personnel to PMS Coordinator
Conduct Company's Performance Evaluation Session and submits the company's Semestral and Annual Performance Evaluation Reports to the President copy furnished CPD

Directs the establishment and maintenance of strong internal controls to institute accountability for MGM resource and ensures transparency in company transactions in accordance with accounting and auditing rules and regulations
Administers the proper implementation of the AUTOHUB's meeting Management Guidelines in the department:
Presides over regular and special MANCOM meetings;
Oversees the timely preparation of minutes of meeting and monitoring of compliance with affecting them during meetings
Ensures that company personnel are updated on developments; policies and decisions affecting them during meetings
Supports the welfare and development of company personnel:
Initiates/recommends/approves training and development activities for personnel to continually upgrade their competencies
Initiates/recommends/approves benefits and incentives for company personnel
Develops/enhances the competencies of immediate subordinates
Directs the implementation of organization development initiatives in the company:
Studies the appropriate functional configuration and staffing of the company given the requirements of NPI and the direction of AUTOHUB;
Facilitates the creation of a work environment that is reflective of AUTOHUB core values, supportive of the welfare and growth of the workforce and conducive for overall manpower productivity and organizational effectiveness
Oversees the proper administration of MGM/AUTOHUB policies/systems and processes:
Implements and enforces the policies press/adopted by MANCOM/EXECOM;
Ensures that policies are formulates and systems are developed in all areas of company operations;
Makes certain that company personnel comply with existing polices and reportorial requirements; institutes disciplinary action, as needed in accordance with the AUTOHUB Code of Conduct (COC);
Directs the conducts of periodic evaluation / assessment of existing policies/systems to serve as bases for policy /system improvement;
Prepares/reviews memos/communications / reports on company matters and acts on requests/concerns within his level of authority
Initiates cost reduction measures and/or cost-saving mechanism to improve the company's financial Performance
Acts/recommends/signs/approves requests/documents pertaining to company operations based on approved Authority Matrix and existing policies and procedures
Ensures that all directives/instructions of the President are complied with all concerned in the company
Keeps track of PVPL directives and government issuance which bearing on company operations
Oversees the company's timely and proper compliance with statutory requirements of government bodies
- At least twelve (12) years of relevant experience, eight (8) years of which are in a managerial capacity
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any related course
