Position Title: General Maintenance
Classification: Associate
Salary: PHP 13,000 a month
Reports To: General Administrative
Primary Relationships: General Administrator and Client Employees
Date: November 2022
Schedule: Flexible (Shifting) 5 Days a week
Location: Bacolod Office
Responsibilities:
Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained
Clean up spills with the appropriate equipment
Notify managers of necessary equipment
Collect and dispose of trash
Assist guests when necessary
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Assisting clients in finding their way around the company premises
Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Performing preventative maintenance.
Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
Qualifications:
Ability to manage your time efficiently.
Work well unsupervised.
Can manage to complete tasks meticulously
High school diploma or vocational course graduate
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
Proven maintenance experience.
Experience performing routine maintenance.
Strong organizational, attention to detail and follow up skills.
Professional presentation and attitude.
Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts. * Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.
Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
Willing to relocate in Bacolod
