Responsible for Intercompany Account reconciliations/Journal Entries
Process IC/Netting Payments
Maintains Journal Entries, books and Document Reference and ensures postings
Responsible for recording expenses including T&E charges and monthly accruals
Assists in preparation/maintenance of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
Performs monthly accounts reconciliations
Performs Fixed Assets maintenance (Additions, Disposals, Transfers, Depreciation, J/E)
Fixed Assets project tracking against PAR's
Fixed Assets and CIP Account Reconciliation
Liaises with other departments and entities for the reconciliation of various accounts and intercompany charges affecting subsidiary and general ledgers
Supports and initiates process improvement initiatives on assigned tasks
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, CPA preferred
Must have at least 3 - 5 years combined experience in the fields of Accounting, Finance or Auditing
Proficient in computer software, office applications in windows environment
Has a good interpersonal and communication skills
Must be willing to work in the evening shift
