General Accounting
Ø Prepare Monthly Statutory and Management Report
Ø Prepare Tax Remittance Support
Ø Prepare Account Analysis Report during month end
Ø Bank Reconciliation
Ø Responsible for providing accounting support to accounting supervisors and Management
Ø
Accounts Payable
Ø Ensure compliance with Company Policy on Expense Report Processing and approval of expense
Ø Process Billing Statements from Vendors
Ø Monitors due dates of trade Accounts Payables and ensures that they are paid on time according to schedule
Ø Preparation of withholding tax Certificate
Accounts Receivable/Sales
Ø Verifying Sales Order of customer prior to Delivery
Ø Review correctness of sales invoice details and computation
Ø Accounts receivable Aging Report preparation
Ø Monitoring collections and handles follow up to Sales Team
Ø Prepares Weekly/Monthly Sales Recon vs COS
Inventory
Ø Inventory Count
Qualifications
4 years degree holder
BS Accounting Graduate or Any Business related coarse
1-2 years experience on related work
Additional Information
