We are looking for a self-starter, with great attention to detail to join our General Insurance team. You will be working with our Account Executives in securing new business and maintaining good relationships with existing clients..
The main responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Preparing and finalising documents for monthly renewals;
Managing client accounts including creating and closing-out tasks;
Sending out FSG's Monthly;
Managing overdue accounts including sending out reminder notices;
Sending out stamp duty emails;
Preparing and finalising Closing Statements and Invoices;
Following-up with insurers regarding quotes, claims, and endorsements;
Updating insurance terms, policy changes, contact lists and client details and compliance action items;
Adding new premium and other information on Insight
Providing Claims Assistance ensuring client's problems are resolved satisfactorily;
Sending Certificates of Currency, Quotation slips and surveys;
Generating and analysing marketing reports.
Key Performance Indicators:
Accurately process transactions and task on Insight system;
Provide timely turnaround of requests;
Ability to work well with others as a team;
Ability to independently work through issues/problems and find solutions;
Understanding of Insurance environment and legislation;
Providing excellent customer service;
Answering of incoming calls or emails within a reasonable timeframe;
Distribution of mail in an accurate and timely manner;
Collecting and Processing payment of accounts payable within credit terms.
Requirements
High proficiency in computer skills including Word and Excel;
Ability to be flexible in a rapidly growing organisation;
Good interpersonal skills;
Proven ability to work as part of a team;
At least 2-3 years' of experience in Accounts Payable;
Previous Insurance Industry experience is preferred.
