Job Description
We are currently looking for General Foreman to be a part of a new growing company in the construction industry.
Job Qualifications:
5 years of extensive experience in the construction industry
At least College Level in Civil Engineering or other courses related to engineering.
Knowledgeable in multiple scopes of works on the construction site.
Good leadership skills, time management, trustworthiness.
Proven people management skills including the management of subcontractors.
Experienced in Structure built from ground up, and renovation, and erection of I beams
Job Responsibilities:
Preparation and assignment of people according to the schedules created by the engineers.
Monitoring of Site Activities and other activities related
Maintains quality and cost-efficient methods in every activity done on the site
Interpret plans and relay to subordinates.
Ensures completion of work on time and on budget.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 5
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Construction, Management
Availability for travel: No
Availability for change of residence: No
