Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Performs general cashiering
Act as record custodian of all company accounting files 
Prepares daily cash position report  (DCPR) 
Check releasing and cash deposits
Maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting taxes and accounting and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and to vendors.
Attends tool box or coordination meetings and participates actively during safety meeting and seminars.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned by his immediate supervisor in the attainment of the Section and Department objectives. 
Position Requirements 
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Educational Qualification : Graduate of any four (4) year course
Work Experience : Five (5) years working experience in a similar capacity 
Technical Competencies : Proficient in MS Office application.
License/Certifications : None
Oral and written communication skills 
Ability to actively listen, effectively imparts information, and understands the concern of either internal or external customers. Ability to read, analyses, and interprets general corporate procedures/regulations and memorandum.
