Job Description
The Culinary Coordinator is responsible for the secretarial functions of the culinary department, gives an operational support to the Director of Culinary and Executive Sous Chef in meeting all divisional targets and objectives with a view to maximize guest satisfaction as well as protecting all assets of the hotel.

Previous pre-opening and Accor experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong proven leadership qualities and management skills
Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
