SAKAMOTO PHILIPPINES CORP. is a PEZA-registered Ecozone Logistics Service Enterprise and importer of industrial tools and equipment from Japan. We are in urgent need of 1 GENERAL AFFAIRS STAFF, to join our team. She will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support in handling government permits, employee documentation, travel arrangements, and other company-related services.
 
Qualifications:
Female, preferably from Lapu-Lapu City and Mandaue City resident
A Graduate of Commerce or any related course.
With 1-3 years of experience in General Affairs or administrative work;
Proficient in using MS Office Application.
Knowledgeable in Expats related task like AEP/Visa renewal or application and Condo management is an advantage.
Can handle business trip related task (e.g Flight/Hotel Bookings) and must be very initiative.
Familiar with permits and compliance requirements with government agencies like Bureau of Immigration (BI), BOC, DOLE, DENR, and PEZA.
Experience in processing Business Permits, Fire Safety Inspection and other LGU permits.
Must be willing to be trained as Pollution Control Officer and Safety Officer.
Capable of multi-tasking, honest and exhibit a sense of urgency and with good organizational skills.
Must be dedicated, have good work ethics and can maintain good relationships with and co-workers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; detail oriented, reliable and organize.
Willing to work overtime and during holidays
Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
