Job Summary
 
The General Affairs Staff is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support in handling government permits, employee documentation, travel arrangements, and company-related services. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, timely processing of AEP and visa applications, efficient coordination of travel and accommodation needs, and overall support to company operations.
 
Job Description
Process Alien Employment Permit (AEP), visas, and other related government documents for foreign employees.
Coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records related to permits and visas.
Arrange hotel bookings, flight reservations, and transportation for employees, visitors, and guests.
Coordinate travel itineraries and ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Manage company tie-ups with travel and hotel partners for cost efficiency.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and official functions.
Handle office supplies, facility needs, and other GA-related requests.
Support internal departments with administrative requirements.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related course.
At least 3-5 years in General Affairs or administrative work (experience in AEP/visa processing is an advantage).
Familiarity with government compliance requirements (DOLE, BI, PEZA is a plus).
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
