Job Description
1st:
Assist Supervisor on a day to day activities of transportation, recording, monitoring and checking of Shuttle trips and passengers. Update Supervisor and coordinate with billing team for the processing of payment to Shuttle Provider.
Daily checking and monitoring of canteen, food and service quality, safety, and 5S condition of the areas.
Monitor canteen LPG usage and replenishment, placing of orders and coordination to billing team for the payment to supplier.
Assist Supervisor by updating Canteen Equipment Maintenance Record, Tables and Chairs Inventory and schedule of Preventive Maintenance.
Assist Supervisor in monitoring and completion of janitorial activities, recording findings from janitorial, validate and send to supervisor for coordination to Utility Team for proper repair or maintenance.
Receiving and checking of monthly Janitorial Supplies and monitoring of equipment status per month.
2nd:
Received deliveries from central warehouse, sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location.
Received request of uniforms from employees and authorize service providers, issue based on the approved MRIS request and transact issued uniform in Oracle Inventory System.
Maintain stocks of inventory in accordance with the set minimun quantity per items. Prepare Purchase Order for replenishment of stocks and conduct monthly inventory. Together with Finance and Accounting Team perform Semi-Annual Physical Count.
Maintain locker and locks inventory, prepare accountability forms and coordinate with HR-Recruitment team for issuance to newlyhired employees and to individual requestors in case of existing employees.
Every after issuance schedule, sort returned uniforms, summarize items for disposal and for laundry, prepare Solid Waste Disposal Form and coordinate with Vendor Management Team for the actual disposal of items and prepare Material Gate Pass for pull out of uniforms for laundry.
Received returned uniforms from resignees, verify with the uninform database based on signed accountability and on confirm the clearance
