Job Description
The General Affairs Staff shall be responsible for monitoring employees' overall health condition through daily checking of the Health Declaration Form.
Temperature monitoring of all employees.
Assessment and referral of employees with significant symptoms.
Conduct follow up for employees who have been absent due to illness.
Perform contact tracing within the workplace.
Will be designated with other
General Affairs tasks
Can render overtime.
Job Qualifications
 Graduate of any health allied course (BS Nursing, BS Physical Therapy, BS Medical Radiation Technology, etc.)
 Male / Female
 With First Aid & Basic Life Support Training
 Knowledge in HR work is an advantage
 With strong personality and good motivation
 Can render overtime when needed
 With good oral and written communication skills
 Must have excellent health condition
