Job Summary: The General Affairs Assistant Officer will report directly to the Executive, General Affairs and Human Resource (GAHR) Head and/or GAHR Assist. Manager. This position mainly covers the tasks on the administrative, accounting, and human resources of the company.
Responsibilities:
Logistics and Administration
Preparing arrangements for the company's operation and activity (flights, hotels, meeting rooms, transportation & related arrangements)
Record keeping of logistics-related documents (invoices, receipts, other related docs)
Procurement of office & pantry supplies and inventory control
Maintaining and updating of organizational database and contact lists
Record keeping of office assets & equipment (workstation label, desktop/laptop label, etc.)
Implementing and improving company policies
Any relevant responsibilities requested by Executives, GAHR Head, & GAHR Asst. Manager
Legal & Human Resource
Reconciling and record-keeping timesheets, staff leave records, sick leave, and absence documents
Organize a filing system for important organizational documents
Undertaking the administration of new employees, including contract forms and contact information
Undertaking the administration of consultants/vendors, including contract forms and contact information
Record keeping of organizational, legal documents
Implement and improve all the necessary policies related to human resource
Any other relevant responsibilities, as requested by the GAHR Manager
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Commerce or other related fields
With or without experience in logistics, administration, legal affairs, human resources, office assistance
Passion and commitment to self-improvement

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Computer literate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Professionalism when interacting with vendors, contractors, staff.
