QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience as General Admin Staff in a manufacturing set-up
With knowledge on all facets of HR is an advantage
Provide support in all admin tasks
Shuttle, Janitorial and Canteen monitoring
Has exposure in usual HR Reporting.
Proficient in MS Application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher).
Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Can work under pressure and minimum supervision.
Must be adaptable, team player, proactive and with leadership potential.
With pleasing personality.
