Job Role
Function as a General Admin Assistant and will be reporting to the Director and Head of Production and Engineering.
Performing secretarial and administrative duties.
Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations, if needed.
Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records, if needed.
Assist day to day activity.
Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
Write an article and research update
Work with the graphic designer
Create a Content calendar for social media
Do Email follow-ups
Do Social Media postings
Update on Research
Requirements
More than 3 years of work related experience
Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Advanced typing, note-taking, record keeping, and organizational skills
Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent Social Media Management skills
Experience in writing articles and Social Media content
Work From Home Requirements
At least 10mbps internet connection
Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
Headset with mic
Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring
No background noise during work hours
Must not be currently employed full time
