Description
1. Encoding Quotations
2. Encoding Delivery Receipts.
3. Monitoring Purchase Orders
4. Monitoring and prepare reports of undelivered receipts
5. Encoding Sales Invoices
6. Checking of incoming Delivered Receipts.
7. Assigned for signing of receipts from Sales Managers
8. Monitoring and prepare reports of undelivered receipts
9. Monitoring and adding Credit Limit of Purchase Orders
10. Issuance of transmittal of Withdrawal Slip
11. Encoding Pull-outs
12. Receives purchase orders from Customers and Sales personel.
13. Processes purchase orders by means of encoding Sales Orders in the systems to enable warehouse to release picking request being used for the preparation of stocks.
14. Process requests from the Sales staff for warehouse items and ensure that deliveries are covered by Delivery Receipt.
15. Issue Delivery Receipt of Invoice to be endorsed to Logistic for delivery
16.Knowledgeable in PAS and GAAP.
