JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Preparation and review of consolidated accounts for management and external reporting.
Ensure consolidated accounts compliance with FRS and listing and other reporting requirements.
Liaison with subsidiaries' accountants and review of periodic accounts of subsidiaries.
Compilation of management and financial reports for management and Board.
Liaison with external auditors for annual audit and periodic reporting.
Assist in statutory and compliance reporting of all subsidiaries.
Handle ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATION
The Ideal Candidate should possess:
Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification equivalent, with at least 4 years of relevant financial reporting and external audit experience.
Current knowledge on IFRS.
Prior experience in consolidation work will be highly advantageous.
Organized, analytical, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Team player, ability to adapt and assume ownership of tasks and responsibilities, flexible with a "can do" attitude.
Proficiency in English coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
