Is currently looking for:
 
GENERAL ACCOUNTANT
 
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.
At least 5 years supervisory or managerial accounting role.
Solid knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards
CORE COMPETENCIES:
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAGE, SAP, or locally used systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Up-to-date knowledge of PH tax laws, labor regulations, and PEZA/BOI compliance
Integrity, confidentiality, and high attention to detail
Effective communication and presentation skills (especially for reporting to management/board)
Experience in financial reporting, taxation, auditing, budget preparation, and compliance.
Skilled in preparing:
Consolidated and individual financial statements
Annual budgets and monthly cash flow reports
Income and cash flow statements
Proven ability to lead and supervise accounting staff with strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and ethical standards.
Strong background in managing cash flow, liquidity, and investment of funds.
Skilled in financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and budget monitoring.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with external auditors, banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to provide training and mentorship to accounting staff in the areas of accounting standards, tax compliance, and government reporting.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
