JOB DESCRIPTION
A. Key Responsibilities:
Leading and planning the general accounting and accounts payable operations
Prepares internal and external financial reports and ensure that these are disseminated within deadlines
Ensures effective implementation of internal controls and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
Support taxation and budget activities
Attend to, distribute, investigate and address audit queries and findings
Lead, direct, mentor, appraise and supervise staff
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
B. Education and Other Competencies:
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) board passer
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field like accounting, finance and taxation
Knowledgeable in taxation and other government reporting, general accounting and preparation of financial statements
Ability to speak effectively with all levels of firm.
Well-disciplined and organized
Self-motivated and energetic; excellent organizational and time management skills
Outgoing and enthusiastic
Must be reliable and punctual
A positive thinker who is result-oriented and persistent with a professional attitude
Must be willing to work on-site.
