Responsibilities Record daily financial transactions accurately in accounting software. Process vendor and customer invoices with attention to detail. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. Generate various financial reports for internal use. Post journal entries and ensure ledger account accuracy. Assist in preparing monthly management reports. Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with regulations. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting principles. Analyze and manage expense accounts efficiently. Recommend and implement improvements to accounting systems. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy. Preferably a Certified Public Accountant With 3-4 years of combined experience in auditing firms and accounting, preferably in real estate. Advanced experience in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Quickbooks Accounting Software Effective collaboration with team members and external parties. Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving accounting tasks. Committed to ongoing professional development to stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting and tax regulations. Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines and manage workload.
