Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA is a plus).
3-5 years of accounting experience, including supervisory or managerial roles.
Strong knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles and the Philippine Financial Reporting Standard.
Proficiency in the QNE accounting software or any similar BIR Computerized Accounting Systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to craft collection and demand letters.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Manage all accounting transactions including inventory, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Knowledgeable in creating chart of accounts for new businesses.
Balances books and prepare profit and loss, cash flow, income and balance sheet statements.
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records.
Electronic filing and payment of BIR returns.
Responsible for all Government Mandated Benefits and BIR documentation.
Manage vendor relationships and resolve any invoicing or payment discrepancies.
Support accounts receivable functions, including issuing invoices, monitoring collections, and reconciling customer accounts.
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
Working directly with the CEO to help grow the company
