DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reconciles records of Cash Receipts Books & Sales Books with SAP records for its completeness in preparation for external (Bureau of Internal Revenue-BIR) reporting on a monthly basis.
Maintain the adding of Master Data/Business Partners on SAP
Monitor authorized account reconciliation process.
Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly.
Provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work.
Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.
Analyzes and prepares monthly revenue adjustments.
Prepare journal entries and synthesize common ledger for subsidiary accounts.
Collate bank statements on monthly basis.
Design and prepare audit schedules for external audit processors.
Provide support to safe keeping of internal expenses in company.
Performs any other functions/task that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate, Board Passer (CPA) would be an added advantage.
At least 7yrs of extensive experience in all phases of Accounting, five (5) years of which should be in a Supervisory/Managerial Position in Financial/General Accounting
Knowledgeable in any accounting software, SAP would be an advantage; Familiar with Tax Compliance/Reporting; Analytical, results and detail-oriented, a team leader, and able to work well with individuals at all levels.
