Job Summary: The role is mainly responsible for preparing complete and accurate journal entries in accordance with relevant local and global standards including but not limited to meeting both internal and external requirements Responsibilities: Prepare complete and accurate journal entries in accordance with relevant local and global standards including but not limited to meeting both internal and external requirements Analyze and own assigned GL accounts to ensure accuracy and reasonableness of the balances Ensure accuracy and completeness of assigned Balance Sheet schedules on a monthly basis Identify and participate in Finance-related process improvements and innovation initiatives Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual government and corporate requirements and reports Assist immediate head in government compliance and statutory audits Other related duties which may be assigned by immediate superior Requirements Graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably CPA but not necessary Preferably with 1 - 2 years of working experience as General Accountant or related role, but Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply for the position Understanding of bookkeeping and general accounting principles Highly analytical with excellent mathematical skills Proficient experience with MS Office, spreadsheets and/or any similar software Familiarity with Philippine transaction taxes Experience with NetSuite is preferred but not necessary Good English communication skills, both written and verbal Benefits WHAT WE OFFER Above-Industry Standard Compensation Package Premium Healthcare Coverage and Life Insurance Fun Monthly Employee Engagement Activities Opportunities for Learning, Personality Development, and Career Advancement
